100% Guaranteed you’ll you’ll love your new decorative light covers! If you are not happy with your decorative light covers for any reason you have 2 weeks from delivery to either choose a different design or return your order.
Damaged Upon Delivery
If your decorative light covers have been damaged during delivery, you will need to take a photo of the damaged product and/or damaged packaging and email photos to email@example.com. Upon contacting us, further details on replacement procedures will be provided. We will then reprint and ship your order back to you asap. Please save all packing material, as it will be required by FedEx to inspect to determine if the package was damaged by them in shipping.
Order must be received back to our warehouse within 2 weeks. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All items must be uncut, unaltered and in their brand new original condition. There are no refunds on custom orders. We do not provide pre-paid labels for returns, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
