At Octo Lights, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. Our aim is to ensure a seamless return and exchange process. Please review the following guidelines:

 

Fluorescent and Magnetic Light Covers

Return for Refund

  • Initiating a Return: Contact us at 678-383-9145 or fill out a form to request a prepaid return label.

  • Return Conditions: Light covers must be returned within 30 days in their original packaging and in new condition, free of any damage or defects.  

  • Exclusions: Refunds cannot be issued for altered, cut, trimmed, scratched, or scuffed items.  Magnetic light covers with the magnetic tape installed are not eligible for refunds. Returns of 10 or more light covers are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned items, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Exchange

  • Initiating an Exchange: Contact us at 678-383-9145 or fill out a form with your order number and exchange request.

  • Exchange Process: We will provide a prepaid label for return shipping of damaged or defective items within 14 days of original purchase.  Once received, we will promptly replace the damaged or defective item.

  • Conditions: Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or defective items. Customers must return the defective or damaged product to receive a replacement.

Custom Orders

  • Policy: Refunds or exchanges cannot be facilitated for custom-designed or sized orders due to their unique nature.

Solid Colors

  • Policy: Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for custom color light cover orders due to their personalized nature.

International Orders

  • Policy: We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds/exchanges for international orders.

 

LED Lighting

  • Exclusions: Refunds cannot be issued for items that are altered or damaged by the customer.  Custom design posters are not eligible for refund.
